Warranty

Offices to Go® provides a limited warranty to the original purchaser, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Non-moving parts are covered for 5 years, while drawers, slides, leveling glides, locks, gas cylinders, mechanisms, and other moving parts have a 2-year warranty. Upholstery materials, foam, task lights, desk lamps, monitor arms, and power grommets are also covered for 2 years. The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, modifications, unauthorized repairs, and transportation or labor costs. Seating warranties are based on an eight-hour, single-shift workday for users up to 250 pounds, with specific models accommodating different weight limits and usage requirements.
