Office Furniture Central LLC is a fully authorized online retailer for every brand we carry. This status ensures that our customers receive only brand-new, authentic products that are backed by the original manufacturer’s warranty.

2. Manufacturer Warranties

All products sold through officefurniturecentral.com come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Because we partner directly with North American furniture manufacturers, we "pass through" these warranties to the original purchaser.

Warranty terms (including duration and coverage) vary by product and brand. Please refer to the specific product page or the documentation included with your shipment for detailed warranty information regarding your purchase.

3. How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a defect covered under the manufacturer's warranty, we are here to assist you in the process. To initiate a claim:

  1. Gather Evidence: Take clear photos or videos of the defect or damage.

  2. Contact Us: Email our support team at info@officefurniturecentral.com with your Order Number and the evidence gathered.

  3. Manufacturer Review: As your authorized dealer, we will submit the claim to the manufacturer on your behalf. They will determine if the issue is covered under their specific terms.

  4. Resolution: Depending on the manufacturer's policy, they may provide replacement parts, a repair, or a full replacement of the item.

4. What is Generally Covered

Most manufacturer warranties cover:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship.

  • Structural failures under normal "office use" conditions.

  • Mechanical failures (e.g., gas lifts on chairs or electronic components on standing desks).

5. What is Generally Not Covered

Warranties typically do not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (fading, minor scratches, or pilling of fabric).

  • Damage caused by improper assembly or installation.

  • Misuse, abuse, or use of the product in a manner for which it was not intended.

  • Modifications made to the product by the customer.

6. Limitation of Liability

Office Furniture Central LLC serves as the facilitator between the customer and the manufacturer. We do not provide any additional warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer. Our liability is limited to the assistance provided in processing a claim with the original equipment manufacturer (OEM).
