Payment Policy
At Office Furniture Central, we strive to make purchasing easy, secure, and flexible for all customers. We accept all major debit and credit cards through Shopify’s encrypted checkout system, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Your payment details are processed safely through Shopify and are never stored on our servers. We also offer Shop Pay for a faster, streamlined checkout experience, allowing customers to save their information securely for future purchases. Eligible customers may have access to Shop Pay installment or pay-over-time options, depending on availability.
In addition to standard online payments, we accept purchase orders from schools and government organizations on a case-by-case basis. This includes public and private K–12 schools, colleges and universities, municipalities, and local, state, or federal government agencies. Customers wishing to submit a purchase order should email their request or formal PO to info@officefurniturecentral.com. Our team will review the order for approval, verify eligibility, and issue an invoice outlining the applicable payment terms, which are typically Net 30. Certain items may not be eligible for purchase order payment terms.
To protect our customers and prevent unauthorized activity, we may require additional verification for certain transactions, such as high-value orders. If verification cannot be completed, we reserve the right to decline or cancel the order. All pricing and transactions on our website are processed in U.S. dollars.
