How to Start a Return

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA). This number must be clearly marked on the box for your return to be accepted.
Return Requirements
- All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee (based on our manufacturers’ policies).
Items must be returned in “as‑new” condition, in the original packaging, and include all parts and hardware. - You are responsible for carefully packaging the item to prevent damage in transit.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and must prepay and insure the shipment in case of loss or damage.
- Returns will not be accepted after 5 business days of receiving your order.
Non‑Returnable Items
Some products are special orders or non‑stock items and cannot be returned. If you’re unsure whether a product is non‑returnable, please contact us before purchasing.
Items refused at delivery or returned without prior authorization will not be credited.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
If the item meets all requirements, we will issue a refund minus the 35% restocking fee and original shipping charges.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
