At Office Furniture Central, we accept returns on both defective and non-defective products. Customers are provided with a 5-day window from the date of delivery to request a return.Ā 

Eligibility for ReturnsĀ 

Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. A proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required to validate the return process.Ā 

How to Start a ReturnĀ 

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@officefurniturecentral.com. All returns must be sent by mail to the designated return address: 5852 Summerall Vista Cir 301, Riverview, FL 33578, United States. Returns made without prior authorization will not be accepted.Ā 

Return Shipping FeesĀ 

The cost of return shipping falls on the customer, unless the return is due to our error, such as in cases of defective or incorrect items received. Customers are urged to use a trackable method to ensure successful return shipment.

Damages and IssuesĀ 

We strongly advise our customers to inspect their orders upon arrival. Should the product arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers should immediately notify our customer support. We will assess such issues and proceed with a refund or exchange where necessary.Ā 

ExchangesĀ 

To exchange an item, the original product must be returned first. Following this process, a new order for the desired item should be placed.Ā 

Restocking FeeĀ 

A restocking fee of 35% will be applied to all returned items, except in cases where the return is due to our error, such as defective or incorrect items received.Ā 

RefundsĀ 

Once your return is received and reviewed, you will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days towards the original payment method. Please be aware that additional processing time might be required by your financial institution or credit card company.Ā
