1. Shipping Destinations
We ship to all addresses within the contiguous United States. If you’re shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, additional charges or restrictions may apply. Please contact us for a quote. At this time, we do not ship internationally or to P.O. boxes / APO / FPO addresses.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Freight (LTL): Larger or heavier items are shipped via freight carriers (LTL).
- Parcel Shipping: Smaller, lighter items may be shipped via standard parcel carriers.
We aim to clearly label each item’s shipping method and timing.
- In-Stock Items: Ready to ship within 2 business days.
- Made-to-Order Items: These require additional lead time for manufacturing—typically [2-4 weeks]. If an item’s status isn’t clearly marked, feel free to ask us directly.
3. Delivery Estimates (After Shipment)
Once your order has shipped, delivery times generally range from 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. Freight deliveries may require additional coordination or appointment scheduling.
4. Shipping Costs
- Always Free: We’re proud to offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.
- Included Services: Most freight services such as liftgate delivery and residential delivery are included at no additional cost.
- Not Included: Inside delivery, installation, or other special services are not included in free shipping. If you require these services, please contact us for a custom quote.
- No Hidden Fees: Shipping is always free—no surprises at checkout.
5. Order Processing Time
- In-Stock Items: Processed and shipped within 2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Made-to-Order Items: Processing and production may take [2-4 weeks], depending on the item. Lead times will be communicated at the time of order.
6. Tracking & Communication
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available). For freight orders, we’ll send delivery details or coordinate with you directly for scheduling.
7. Custom Orders & Large Shipments
- Made-to-order or customized items may require longer processing times.
- Large or consolidated shipments may involve special handling or delivery steps.
We’ll work with you to confirm timelines and shipping arrangements.
8. Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you need to change it after placing the order, contact us immediately. While we’ll do our best to accommodate changes, this may not always be possible depending on shipment status.
