Processing & Handling TimeĀ
At Office Furniture Central, we aim to process and fulfill all orders promptly. Our order fulfillment operates from Monday to Friday. Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for processing and handling. During this period, we prepare, verify, and package your order. Our order cutoff time is 4PM EST.
Shipping Transit & Delivery TimeĀ
Upon processing, your order will be in transit for an estimated 3-7 business days. Please note these transit times are estimated and depend on the carrier. Delivery might be affected by factors such as destination location, adverse weather, or unforeseen carrier delays. We will provide a tracking number once your package is shipped, allowing you to monitor its journey until delivery.Ā

We proudly offer free shipping on all orders within the US. We only accept orders from customers located within the United States, ensuring a seamless shipping experience without additional charges at checkout.Ā
Shipping Methods
We ship orders using the method best suited to the size, weight, and packaging of the items in your order to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
- Ground: Smaller items such as chairs, accessories, and boxed products ship via standard ground carriers (e.g., UPS or FedEx). These deliveries arrive in packaged boxes and are typically brought to the building entrance or doorstep.
- LTL Freight (Less-Than-Truckload): Larger or palletized items such as desks, workstations, storage, and bulk orders ship via LTL freight carriers. Deliveries are made to the curbside or loading dock. A responsible party must be present to receive and inspect the shipment at time of delivery.
If your location has special delivery requirements (limited access, liftgate needs, appointment delivery, etc.), please contact us after placing your order so we can coordinate with the carrier. Additional accessorial charges may apply for these services.
Order Modifications & CancellationsĀ
Should you need to modify or cancel your order, we encourage contacting us within 24 hours post placement. While we strive to accommodate such requests, changes cannot be guaranteed after order processing has begun.Ā
